Add Simple History

You can add training history one item at a time (such as one-on-one coaching, hands-on, fit-tests, other training not scheduled beforehand) in two ways. 

Option 1: Find Course, Add 1 or More Learner Transcripts

  1. Select Manager Menu > Courses.
  2. Search for course by name. Click course title.
  3. Click on green add + icon. A window will pop-up (animation). 
  4. In the left column, enter either LearnerID (netID) or last name field.
  5. Click Select learners > Next. Search for all learners by NetID or name and move them to the column on the right. Click Next.
  6. Verify or change dates for all records. Click next to confirm.

 

Option 2: Find Person, Add 1 or More Course Transcripts

  1. Select Manager Menu > People.
  2. Search for person. Click the name.
  3. Click on the History tab. 
  4. Click on wizard-wand icon. A pop-up window will open.
  5. Enter the course ID or course title or part of the course title to bring up all courses with those terms in title. Click Next.
  6. Verify or change dates for all records. Click next to confirm.
